Sex Therapy
A Safe, Affirming Space to Talk About Sex
It’s okay to talk about sex. You’re safe here.
Sexual struggles can be isolating — full of shame, frustration, or confusion. You might be struggling with desire, intimacy, confidence, or simply not knowing where to turn. Whatever you're facing, this is a space to explore without judgment.
Support for Sexual Concerns and Intimacy
I offer sex therapy that is warm, informed, and grounded in respect for your unique experiences. We’ll talk about what's going on — emotionally, relationally, and physically — and find language, tools, and strategies to help you reconnect with yourself and others.
This might include concerns around:
Low desire or mismatched libido
Performance anxiety
Shame or confusion around sexuality
Communication with partners
Emotional or physical barriers to intimacy
You may be here because sexual trauma has affected your relationship, your sense of safety in your body, or your ability to experience intimacy.
Therapy That Affirms Who You Are — Including Your Kinks
I am kink-friendly and kink-aligned, both professionally and personally. I understand the importance of honoring the dynamics and values that make up your relationships and experiences — sexual and non-sexual alike.
Whether you're navigating kink as part of your healing, identity, or lifestyle, this is a space where you’ll be respected, not pathologized.
Accessible Support as I Complete My Training
I’m currently completing advanced training in sex therapy. As I grow my clinical expertise, I may offer discounted rates for this service. You’ll still receive the same thoughtful, affirming care that is central to all of my work.
If you have questions or want to explore whether sex therapy is a good fit, you’re welcome to contact me or request an appointment.
